Damla Sönmez, who started her acting career at the age of 16 and also studied piano and violin, has been working in St. After graduating from Joseph French High School, she started her theater education at Paris Sorbonne University and completed it at Yeditepe University Theater Department. The beautiful actress, who took part in popular TV series such as ‘Night and Day’, ‘A Love Story’, ‘The War of the Roses’ and ‘The Pit’, went to see her close friend’s theater play ‘Feramuz Pis’ in Üsküdar the night before. Sönmez did not break the reporters’ request for an interview at the exit.
Sonmez, who plays the character of ‘Dilruba’ in the drama ‘Aziz’, said, “I watched a very good play, I recommend it to everyone. The set continues. I miss theater so much. Maybe something can happen in the new season about theatre. There has been a tremendous interest in theater lately. It makes me so happy. Experiencing the theater stage is something else, I hope it continues like this.”
“Do you have any plans for the holiday?” The famous actress answered the question, “Let’s see, I like quiet places more. My plans are developing instantaneously, but for now I do not have a vacation plan.”
“You had an explanation that I would not forgive the lie. On the question of “Is there a lie you have not forgiven so far?”, Sönmez laughed and said, “I’m going to run away now, friends.”
Asking the question “Is there someone in your life?” Damla Sönmez said, “It seems to me that we cannot escape from you if something does not exist.” To the question “Do you have any criteria in love?”, she simply replied, “Guys, let me go now.
